Hileman Associates has been providing full-service employer sponsored retirement plan administration and consulting since 1982 when we were founded as Great Lakes Pension Services, Inc. In 1985 we began operations in Dayton, OH and in 1986, further expanded to Louisville, KY. These branch locations operated under the name Pension Technology Group and have today been combined into one centralized location doing business as Hileman Associates. In February of 2000, Hileman Associates also acquired the operations of Northwest Ohio Pension & Retirement Services, a local administration firm that works primarily with representatives of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network.  Further expansion occurred in 2013 when Wender and Company was merged into our organization.

We don't sell investment products. We do work with many excellent professionals in this area however and would be happy to make a recommendation when asked.

Today, Hileman Associates assists employers in the design, implementation, administration and communication of a wide range of retirement plans. We are committed to providing these services to our clients in a timely, accurate and cost-effective manner.
